Quay, an Indianapolis artist, took this photograph during a trip to Kenya last fall. I couldn't resist buying a large print of this image at a IU-Kenya fundraiser she held early this year. The faces of these two children truly capture what Kenya is for me. As I sit here the eve before my departure, I thought that one look at this picture would be the easiest way to explain why I am going back.
